This pivotal role is designed to build and scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Commercial organization, ensuring we recruit high-performing professionals across Sales, Partnerships, Creator Management, Marketing, and Revenue functions.
- • The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and delivery-focused Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Commercial and GTM hiring. This is a high-ownership position where you will collaborate directly with leadership in Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and recruit exceptional commercial operators who will directly contribute to Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), creator acquisition and activation, and overall revenue growth. This is not a role focused on administrative coordination; instead, it is a full-cycle, sourcing-led, and bar-raising opportunity dedicated to achieving speed, quality, and significant business impact.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all GTM and Commercial roles. This includes, but is not limited to, Sales, Account Executives, Partnerships, Strategic Partnerships, Creator Managers, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success positions.
- • Proactively identify and engage high-performing commercial talent through innovative and diverse sourcing strategies. This will involve leveraging outbound prospecting, building robust referral networks, conducting competitive talent mapping, and employing creative outreach methods to attract passive candidates.
- • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, focusing on critical commercial acumen, a strong ownership mindset, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of driving revenue impact, rather than solely relying on keywords from resumes.
- • Forge strong partnerships with Sales and Commercial leaders to collaboratively define role scorecards, establish clear hiring priorities, and set measurable success metrics for each hire.
- • Design and execute structured, fast-paced interview processes that prioritize both the quality of candidates and an outstanding candidate experience.
- • Maintain meticulous and reliable pipeline data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate tracking of hiring metrics.
- • Provide clear and actionable hiring insights to stakeholders, including detailed funnel health analysis, close rates, valuable market intelligence, and identification of potential bottlenecks.
- • Consistently raise the bar for hiring standards as Fanvue scales its global GTM organization, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent.
