📋 Description

• As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Workato, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s new Hyderabad office by owning full-cycle recruiting to bring world-class talent into the team powering the next phase of global growth.
• Day to day, you will build and nurture talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers to design structured recruitment processes, craft compelling job descriptions and interview frameworks, run screening calls and assessments, source candidates creatively via LinkedIn, networks, events, and referrals, keep candidates engaged with a great experience, produce weekly recruiting metrics and pipeline dashboards via Greenhouse, and build long-term relationships with candidates.

• In this role, you will develop expertise in full-cycle tech recruiting within a high-growth SaaS environment, gain hands-on experience with Greenhouse, strengthen stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making skills, and contribute directly to building a foundational team in a strategic new hub, positioning yourself for long-term impact in talent acquisition at a leading enterprise automation platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 1 year in-house; combination of agency and in-house experience strongly preferred
• Background in high-growth SaaS or tech — must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Familiarity with an ATS (Workato uses Greenhouse)
• Consultative, relationship-first approach that builds trust with candidates and business partners
• Self-starter mindset — ability to identify gaps and take initiative without direction
• Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
