  • • The Talent Acquisition Partner - APAC role at Billups LLC is critical to scaling the company’s global Out-of-Home (OOH) media business by attracting and hiring top talent across the Asia-Pacific region. As Billups expands its presence in 20+ countries, this role ensures recruitment strategies are aligned with business goals, workforce planning, and local market realities, directly impacting the company’s ability to innovate and grow.
  • • Day to day, the Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across technical, commercial, and corporate functions in APAC, partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to prioritize roles based on business impact, manage stakeholder expectations around speed and quality of hire, ensure compliance with local hiring practices, collaborate with HR and Finance on compensation and headcount planning, and work with employer branding teams to enhance talent attraction strategies. They will also maintain consistency in recruiting processes and tools while delivering a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience.

  • • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in regional talent markets across APAC, strengthen their ability to advise senior leaders on hiring strategy, gain experience managing complex, high-volume requisitions across diverse functions, and build influence in offer negotiations and stakeholder alignment. They will also enhance their skills in employer branding, recruiting analytics, and cross-functional collaboration—positioning them for advancement into senior talent acquisition or HR business partner roles within a growing global organization.
