- • Own the full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and G&A functions, partnering with leaders in North America, EMEA, and APAC to deliver exceptional talent at speed and scale.
- • Design and execute sourcing strategies that go far beyond LinkedIn: leverage Boolean strings, niche communities, open-source contributions, Stack Overflow, GitHub, Behance, and local meet-ups to surface passive candidates who have never considered Appfire—yet.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to VPs and Directors, translating quarterly OKRs into headcount forecasts, interview rubrics, and diversity hiring plans that raise the bar while reducing time-to-fill by 25%.
- • Build and maintain a data-driven recruiting engine: track funnel metrics, source-of-hire, offer-accept rates, and DEI dashboards; present insights every Monday to the People Leadership Team and iterate on tactics in real time.
- • Champion an unforgettable candidate experience: from the first “Hola” to the signed offer, you will craft personalized outreach, host virtual coffee chats, and coordinate seamless interview loops that leave every applicant—hired or not—raving about Appfire.
- • Pilot innovative employer-branding campaigns in Spanish and English: TikTok micro-videos, remote-first culture blogs, and “Ask Me Anything” sessions with our CTO to position Appfire as the destination of choice for builders and breakers of silos.
- • Collaborate with People Ops to refine compensation bands, visa policies, and relocation packages so that we can hire the best minds regardless of geography or circumstance.
- • Mentor junior recruiters and coordinators, running weekly skill-shares on advanced sourcing, behavioural interviewing, and inclusive hiring practices that scale our talent function for the next 500 teammates.
- • Drive compliance and risk mitigation: ensure GDPR, SOC-2, and EEOC guidelines are baked into every workflow, audit-ready at a moment’s notice.
- • Experiment with AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT for outreach, HiredScore for rediscovery) while keeping human connection at the heart of every hire.
- • Contribute to the broader Appfire culture by joining our DEI council, quarterly hackathons, and virtual “Fuego Fridays” where we celebrate wins and swap memes across time zones.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS or tech scale-up environment, ideally supporting global stakeholders.
- • Fluency in English and Spanish—both written and spoken—with the ability to craft compelling outreach and negotiate offers in both languages.
- • Demonstrated success using data to influence hiring decisions: proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS plus advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills.
- • Nice-to-have: experience hiring for Atlassian ecosystem roles (Jira, Confluence, DevOps) or marketplace add-on companies.
