• • Talent Acquisition Partner (Junior-Mid) for the B2B team at Nord Security, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company’s mission of building a safer cyber future through innovative security products like VPNs, password managers, and threat intelligence.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, conducting full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and talent pools, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• • The Talent Acquisition team consists of 25 professionals dedicated to aligning hiring with company values and competencies, operating within a fast-growing, globally trusted cybersecurity organization that serves millions of users worldwide.
