📋 Description

• Talent Acquisition Partner - Leadership Hiring at Relayfi Inc., a digital banking platform empowering self-made business owners with financial clarity and control.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for leadership and business-critical roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback management, offer support, and closeout with urgency and quality focus.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role needs, build sourcing strategies, calibrate expectations, and act as a trusted advisor on high-stakes, confidential searches.
• Use data and AI-enabled tools to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill, while experimenting with interview structures and assessment approaches to improve hiring quality and candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth, startup, scaleup, or fast-paced environments
• Experience owning searches independently and readiness to grow deeper capability in leadership hiring
• Ability to source candidates through common recruiting channels and improve sourcing craft
• Data-informed approach using funnel metrics, pipeline health, and qualitative feedback to adjust recruiting strategies
• Strong communication skills to frame problems, explain recommendations, and partner effectively with hiring managers
• Adaptability to work across functions, handle changing priorities, and partner with diverse hiring manager styles

• Annual salary range of $103,500 CAD to $126,500 CAD, with typical starting salary of $115,000 CAD for role-ready candidates
