- • This freelance Talent Acquisition / Recruiter - AI Trainer role is critical to advancing AI’s understanding of real-world recruitment logic, ensuring that next-generation hiring models are grounded in authentic, practical expertise rather than theoretical assumptions. By refining AI outputs with deep industry insight, you directly influence how AI interprets sourcing strategies, candidate experience, compliance, and talent pipeline management at scale.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI-generated recruitment content for accuracy, commercial realism, and adherence to best practices; evaluating responses for logical soundness, compliance risks, and recruitment viability; drafting realistic recruitment scenarios and case studies based on your hands-on hiring experience; creating multi-perspective variations (recruiter, hiring manager, candidate, executive) to enrich AI training data; and identifying flawed assumptions, gaps, or weak logic in AI outputs related to sourcing, interview processes, offer negotiation, and talent strategy.
- • You will join 10Xteam Inc., a specialized platform connecting elite freelance experts with leading AI labs to build more capable, domain-aware artificial intelligence systems. The company focuses on bridging human expertise with AI training, enabling models to perform complex reasoning in specialized fields like talent acquisition through expert-guided feedback loops.
- • In this role, you will deepen your understanding of AI training methodologies, strengthen your ability to critically assess recruitment logic at a systemic level, and gain direct influence over how AI interprets human-centric HR functions — positioning you at the forefront of the intersection between talent strategy and artificial intelligence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, talent lead, or equivalent role with several years of hands-on recruitment work
- • Proven ability to assess recruitment logic, soundness, and real-world viability in hiring processes, strategy, and candidate experience
- • Based in and legally eligible to work in the EU or UK
- • Comfortable working independently with strong structured feedback and analytical writing skills
- • Availability for 8–20 hours per week with near-term readiness to begin
