  • • As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Sourcer at Nava PBC, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent to fuel our mission of making government services simple and effective. This role is pivotal in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring Nava continues to attract the best minds for its critical technology modernization projects.
  • • You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand specific job requirements, particularly for our diverse engineering roles. Your primary focus will be on proactively identifying potential candidates through a wide array of channels, ensuring alignment with Nava’s unique culture and impactful mission.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to partner with recruiters and recruiting leadership to shape and refine the overall sourcing strategy. This involves not just filling immediate needs but also anticipating future hiring demands and developing proactive outreach programs.
  • • You will be responsible for strategizing and executing on building diverse candidate pipelines. This includes actively seeking out talent from historically underrepresented groups within the tech industry, contributing to Nava's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • • Market research and analysis will be a significant part of your responsibilities. You will research various markets, companies, specific engineering teams, and role types to inform and drive the creation of consistent candidate pipelines for both current openings and upcoming roles.
  • • Your role extends to identifying and engaging with potential candidates, nurturing them through the initial stages of the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from the very first touchpoint.
  • • You will leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to influence hiring and recruitment strategies. This analytical approach will be crucial for continuously improving the effectiveness of the recruitment process and enhancing the overall candidate journey.

  • • The ability to rigorously prioritize, organize, and multitask is essential, as you will be simultaneously building and monitoring diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles at various stages of the recruitment funnel.
  • • A strong analytical mindset is required to track sourcing metrics, derive actionable insights, and translate these findings into improved recruitment practices.
  • • Your curiosity and problem-solving skills will be invaluable as you learn about and source for novel roles, research talent availability in dynamic markets, and develop creative solutions to complex sourcing challenges.
  • • You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team, sharing best practices and insights to elevate the entire recruitment function.
