  • • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vultr, you will play a pivotal role in scaling one of the world’s largest privately-held cloud infrastructure companies by identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical and non-technical talent to support rapid growth and innovation in AI, cloud computing, and enterprise solutions.
  • • You will partner closely with hiring managers and the broader People team to own full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and candidate-centric hiring process that reflects Vultr’s commitment to excellence and inclusivity.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing tailored recruitment strategies, crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates across multiple channels, conducting structured interviews using scorecards, managing candidate pipelines in an ATS, coordinating interview logistics, extending offers, and providing an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.
  • • You will continuously analyze recruiting metrics, evaluate sourcing effectiveness, and recommend process improvements to increase hiring velocity, quality of hire, and diversity outcomes while maintaining compliance with equitable hiring practices.
  • • You will serve as a brand ambassador for Vultr, promoting the company’s mission, culture, and values—including its commitment to remote work, professional development, and employee well-being—through every interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • • You will collaborate with the People team on special initiatives such as employer branding, campus recruiting, recruitment marketing, and talent pipeline development to strengthen Vultr’s position as an employer of choice in the competitive tech landscape.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, AI, and enterprise technology hiring needs, build strong relationships with engineering and product leaders, and contribute directly to Vultr’s ability to scale its team in alignment with its $3.5B valuation and global expansion goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency), preferably in technical or high-growth technology environments
  • • Proven experience conducting behavioral, competency-based, and technical interviews using structured scorecards and assessment tools
  • • Hands-on familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and recruiting metrics to track and improve hiring performance
  • • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, remote-first setting
  • • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
