  • • This pivotal role demands extensive experience in recruiting senior-level technical and non-technical positions. You will be entrusted with the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple clients simultaneously, acting as a trusted advisor and talent acquisition expert. Your primary focus will be on delivering a world-class candidate experience, ensuring our clients can build and onboard high-performing teams with speed and precision.
  • • You will take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief to offer acceptance. This includes deeply understanding the unique needs and culture of each client, developing tailored recruitment strategies, and executing them flawlessly. Your ability to navigate complex hiring landscapes and deliver exceptional results will be key to your success and the success of our clients.
  • • A core responsibility will be to partner closely with founders and hiring managers. This involves meticulous role definition, process design, and the precise identification of ideal candidate profiles. You will conduct in-depth discovery calls, translate business needs into effective recruitment plans, and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process. Your insights will be crucial in shaping hiring strategies and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • • Sourcing top-tier global talent will be a significant aspect of your role. You will employ a diverse range of creative, proactive, and data-driven sourcing methodologies. This includes leveraging advanced search techniques, engaging passive candidates through compelling outreach, and building robust talent pipelines. Your expertise in identifying and attracting individuals who not only possess the required skills but also align with client company cultures will be paramount.
  • • You will be responsible for screening and engaging candidates, ensuring a rigorous yet positive evaluation process. This involves conducting thorough interviews, assessing technical and soft skills, evaluating cultural fit, and managing candidate expectations. Your communication skills will be essential in building rapport, articulating opportunities, and guiding candidates through each stage of the recruitment journey.
  • • Building and maintaining dynamic talent pipelines is a critical function. You will utilize modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to manage candidate data, track progress, and nurture relationships with potential future hires. Proactive pipeline management will enable us to respond swiftly to emerging client needs.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of Breakmark's success. You will work closely with other Breakmark consultants, sharing market intelligence, recruitment best practices, and candidate insights. This collaborative environment fosters continuous learning and ensures a cohesive approach to client service.
  • • You will manage recruitment processes across diverse clients, each with unique geographical locations, time zones, and specific talent requirements. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically focusing on senior-level technical and non-technical roles. This experience can be gained from in-house recruitment teams or agency environments.
  • • Demonstrated success in recruiting for startups and/or high-growth technology companies, with a deep understanding of their unique hiring dynamics and talent needs.
  • • In-depth knowledge of the technology landscape, including key areas such as engineering, data science, product management, and other relevant tech domains.
  • • Exceptional sourcing and candidate engagement skills, coupled with strong communication abilities and a demonstrated capacity for global talent outreach.
  • • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for effective communication with clients and candidates across various regions.
