- • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Medsien Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling the organization by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the company’s mission of delivering scalable remote care management solutions that improve patient outcomes.
- • You will engage with internal stakeholders across departments to assess hiring needs, manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer facilitation—while ensuring adherence to company values and maintaining accurate documentation in the ATS.
- • You will work within a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company headquartered in San Francisco, experiencing rapid growth and committed to reimagining remote care for over 150 million U.S. adults living with chronic conditions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in talent acquisition strategy, recruitment analytics, candidate experience optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing directly to organizational growth and hiring quality metrics in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • University degree in social sciences, management, or economics
- • Minimum of 2+ years experience in recruitment
- • Experience working with recruiting sourcing tools, HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative tools
- • Excellent written and oral English skills (advanced level required)
- • Residing in Istanbul city center
- • Ability to work Eastern US time (16:00–00:00 Turkey time)
