- • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Propelus Inc., you will own the hiring engine for a mission-driven healthcare compliance technology company that empowers millions of professionals and organizations to work together in a safer, healthier ecosystem. This role is critical to scaling talent acquisition efforts and directly impacting the company’s ability to attract, hire, and retain top talent in a growing organization.
- • Day to day, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of active roles, proactively source passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical and non-technical positions, partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design unbiased interview processes, ensure exceptional candidate experience, and maintain data integrity in the Ashby ATS while reporting on key metrics like time-to-fill and source quality.
