• • Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with internal stakeholders, critically assess their talent requirements, and strategically source candidates to secure the best possible fit for Medsien's culture and objectives.
• • You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.

• • Your day-to-day activities will include actively sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, meticulously managing job postings, and conducting thorough evaluations of applications.
• • You will be responsible for the initial CV screening and conducting comprehensive HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• • Furthermore, you will coordinate and schedule technical and hiring manager interviews, ensuring that all feedback is efficiently captured and documented within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• • A key performance indicator for this role will be the continuous improvement of hiring quality metrics, reflecting Medsien's commitment to building a high-performing team.
