- • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Emerging Talent, you will be the face of 1Password to the next generation of talent, overseeing internships, new graduate hiring, and intentional pathways for people launching or transitioning into careers in tech across Technology, Product, Design & UX, Data, Finance, and Go To Market teams.
- • You will manage full intern hiring cycles, maintain university and community partnerships, support employer brand efforts, and own the intern program experience from onboarding through graduation, including pre-boarding, Day 1 setup, engagement programming, and end-of-term surveys.
- • You will be part of a mission-driven, fast-paced, remote-first company that values innovation, human-centric design, and the intentional use of AI to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
- • You will develop expertise in early-career talent strategy, employer branding, recruitment operations, and data-driven hiring practices while contributing to a inclusive, high-performance culture that rewards curiosity, adaptability, and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in Emerging Talent, Campus Recruitment, University Relations, or Early Careers, ideally within a tech or high-growth environment
- • Proven ability to manage full-cycle early-career hiring across multiple functions and cohorts simultaneously, from req creation through offer acceptance
- • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (we use Ashby and BrightHire), and the organisational rigour to keep pipelines clean and moving
- • A track record of planning and executing on campus and virtual recruiting events with energy and attention to detail
- • Genuine curiosity about AI and how it can improve sourcing, communications, reporting, and candidate experience
- • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and university partners, and comfort having challenging conversations when needed
- • A data mindset — using metrics to understand what’s working, run end-of-cycle recaps, and proactively flag process improvements
- • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and adapts well to change in a scaling environment
