ďż˝ Description
- • Join ION Group’s flagship Graduate Development Program for Talent Acquisition Specialists—a three-year career accelerator designed to turn fresh graduates into world-class talent partners. Based in the historic city of Pisa, you will rotate through every stage of the hiring lifecycle, from strategic workforce planning to final offer negotiation, while supporting a global portfolio of software products used by central banks, governments, and Fortune 500 trading desks.
- • During Year 1 you will master the fundamentals: writing magnetic job adverts, running boolean searches, screening high-volume pipelines, and coordinating interviews across 40 offices and 11 time-zones. You will shadow senior recruiters on niche roles (C++, quantitative research, cyber-security, product management) and learn how to translate complex technical requirements into candidate-friendly language.
- • Year 2 is about ownership. You will pilot full-cycle recruitment for early-career and internship programs, own employer-branding campaigns on university campuses, and design diversity-hiring initiatives aligned with Italian Law L.68/99. Expect to travel to Milan, London, and New York to attend career fairs, hackathons, and women-in-tech events while building a personal network of 500+ future ION technologists.
- • Year 3 focuses on strategic impact. You will lead workforce-planning sessions with VPs and CTOs, negotiate offers up to €200k total-comp, and implement data-driven improvements that cut time-to-hire by 25%. A capstone project—such as launching an AI-powered sourcing tool or a neurodiversity hiring playbook—will be presented to the global Head of HR and can fast-track you into a Senior Talent Partner role.
- • Continuous learning is baked into every week: fortnightly coaching with ex-Google recruiters, monthly workshops on psychometric assessment, quarterly feedback loops with your mentor, and access to LinkedIn Learning, Harvard ManageMentor, and ION’s internal “Recruiter Academy.” You will also earn an AIRS CIR or LinkedIn Certified Recruiter credential fully funded by the company.
- • Collaboration is the heartbeat of the role. You will partner with hiring managers who speak Python more fluently than Italian, craft compensation packages with Rewards & Analytics, and co-create onboarding journeys with L&D. Your success will be measured not only by hires closed but also by candidate NPS, hiring-manager satisfaction, and diversity funnel metrics.
- • The environment is fast, feedback-rich, and multicultural. One morning you might brief a VP in Singapore via Zoom, the afternoon you could be hosting a pizza-and-coding meet-up in Pisa’s medieval piazza. Flexibility, curiosity, and a growth mindset are essential; the program is designed for graduates who view ambiguity as an invitation to innovate.
