- • Support the full end-to-end recruitment process for product, engineering, and business roles at A1, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- • Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and proactive outreach to build a diverse and qualified pipeline.
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
- • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and accurate logistics across time zones and calendars.
- • Collect, organize, and document candidate feedback from interviewers to support hiring decisions and maintain transparency in the process.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and process consistency.
- • Assist in recruiting projects focused on improving candidate experience, employer branding, and operational efficiency as the team scales.
- • Help streamline hiring operations by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to keep recruitment moving at pace.
- • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate expectations.
- • Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing quality, speed, and fairness in technical hiring practices.
- • Manage multiple recruiting pipelines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness across all candidate interactions.
- • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and follow-through on tasks with minimal supervision, adapting quickly to evolving hiring needs.
- • Engage with candidates as the first point of contact, representing A1’s culture and commitment to high standards in technical talent acquisition.
- • Participate in initiatives to strengthen A1’s employer brand through thoughtful candidate communication and positive interaction experiences.
- • Learn technical recruiting fundamentals from experienced recruiters and engineers in a high-bar, execution-driven environment.
- • Take ownership of recruiting outcomes and contribute to hiring metrics and reporting as part of continuous improvement efforts.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
