  • • Cultivate an exceptional and engaging candidate experience by providing clear education, proactive communication, and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • • Embody and demonstrate eHealth’s core values – One Team, Innovation, Accountability, Quality, Financial Stewardship, Resilience, Customer Centricity, and Integrity – in all professional behaviors, practices, and decision-making.

  • • Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and motivation for the role.
  • • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • • Extend job offers and negotiate terms, ensuring a positive and professional closing experience for candidates.
  • • Collaborate with the HR and Onboarding teams to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires from offer acceptance through their initial onboarding period.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges, and key metrics.
  • • Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the high-volume sales and insurance sectors.
  • • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team, sharing insights and suggesting enhancements to processes and strategies.
  • • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
  • • Act as a brand ambassador for eHealth, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
  • • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and candidate volumes, maintaining effectiveness in a dynamic environment.
