- • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles at Injective Labs, from job posting through offer extension.
- • Partner directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team priorities, and hiring timelines in a fast-evolving startup environment.
- • Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, employee referrals, job boards, networking events, and other proactive channels.
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with candidates in fluent English to assess fit for technical and non-technical positions.
- • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal stakeholders across global time zones.
- • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with all candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Ashby preferred).
- • Stay current on recruiting trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices within the crypto, blockchain, and DeFi industries.
- • Promote Injective Labs’ culture and values to candidates and contribute new ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- • Develop and implement creative strategies to attract top talent for hard-to-fill roles, particularly in Web3 and decentralized finance.
- • Participate in broader People Operations initiatives, including onboarding support, employer branding, and team-building efforts.
- • Work autonomously with high ownership, adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a remote, globally distributed team.
- • Identify process gaps and propose scalable solutions to enhance efficiency, equity, and effectiveness in talent acquisition.
- • Engage with highly technical candidates, including engineers, product managers, and blockchain developers, to understand and communicate complex role requirements.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of People Ops policies, procedures, and candidate pipelines.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 industry
- • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a startup environment
- • Demonstrated ability to recruit for both highly technical and non-technical roles
- • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- • Experience using an ATS (Ashby preferred)
- • Experience recruiting across global markets (US, Europe, Asia, or Latam)
