  • • As a key player within this dynamic team, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, with a significant emphasis on proactive sourcing and strategic candidate prospecting to build and nurture robust global talent pipelines.
  • • Your recruitment efforts will span critical roles across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, ensuring we have the right people in place to drive our global initiatives.
  • • You will cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with hiring managers and various teams across the organization, developing a deep, nuanced understanding of their specific role requirements and business priorities.

  • • You will play a key role in fostering a strong “referral culture” within the company, actively encouraging and facilitating employee-driven talent referrals across all teams and departments.
  • • You will serve as a trusted advisor and coach to hiring managers, providing guidance, training, and best practices to ensure they are well-equipped for successful recruitment outcomes.
  • • Maintaining a deep understanding of the evolving needs of business units and staying abreast of key industry trends will be essential for strategic talent planning.
