📋 Description
- • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales at Saltz, you will drive high-velocity, full-cycle recruitment for field sales and commercial roles across Europe, playing a critical role in scaling the company’s talent engine during a pivotal growth phase.
- • You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle — from intake and sourcing to structured interviews, offers, and closing — while building and optimizing inbound recruitment engines, proactive talent pipelines, and employer branding initiatives tailored to the European market.
- • You’ll join a fast-growing, mission-driven startup backed by top European VCs, where you’ll collaborate with hiring teams to design fair, effective interview processes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- • This role offers real ownership and the opportunity to build scalable recruiting programs from the ground up, directly impacting Saltz’s ability to connect thousands of suppliers with chefs across hundreds of cities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience recruiting field sales or commercial roles in Europe
- • Proven experience building inbound candidate programs (e.g., job ads, referral programs, nurture sequences)
- • Strong sourcing skills and comfort learning new tools quickly
- • Hands-on experience with an ATS (familiarity with Ashby is a plus)
- • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced, urgent environments
- • German language proficiency is a bonus, especially for regional growth
