📋 Description

• The Talent Acquisition Team Leader role at XN Limited combines hands-on recruitment with leadership of a team focused on Corporate Services and Technology hiring, driving executional excellence and market-informed hiring decisions.
• Day to day, the role involves leading and coaching a team of Talent Acquisition Managers, running operational cadences like pipeline reviews and requisition prioritisation, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and personally recruiting for hard-to-fill roles in technology and Corporate Services.
• XN Limited (operating as EXANTE) is a rapidly expanding global wealth tech company with over 700 employees across 70+ nationalities and 70 locations, providing centralized trading solutions and B2B financial infrastructure through its internally engineered platform.
• In this role, the person can develop leadership and strategic hiring skills, deepen expertise in technology and Corporate Services talent markets, influence workforce planning at senior levels, and build a high-performing, resilient recruitment team through coaching and process discipline.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition with proven people leadership exposure
• In-house corporate Talent Acquisition or executive search experience with a track record of personally filling roles
• Demonstrable hands-on experience hiring in Corporate Services and/or Technology space, including direct sourcing via GitHub, LinkedIn, and specialist channels
• Proven ability to build and maintain credible relationships with senior stakeholders, including constructively challenging unrealistic briefs
• Experience coaching and developing recruiters, identifying skill gaps, and addressing underperformance constructively
• Fluent English
