- • Own the full end-to-end recruiting cycle for tech and product roles at Lexroom, from sourcing through offer and contract finalization.
- • Lead proactive sourcing efforts on LinkedIn to fill hard-to-find technical and product positions, while managing inbound pipelines.
- • Partner directly with technical hiring managers to translate role requirements into efficient, high-quality hiring processes.
- • Monitor and optimize the recruitment funnel by identifying drop-off points and implementing interventions to prevent role stagnation.
- • Contribute to building and scaling Lexroom’s hiring playbook, including standards for sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation.
- • Serve as the first dedicated tech recruiter on the team, directly impacting the hiring of 200+ engineers and product professionals this year.
- • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to align recruitment strategy with company growth goals and scaling priorities.
- • Maintain a high standard of candidate experience while managing multiple open roles simultaneously without compromising quality or speed.
- • Act as a key liaison between hiring teams and candidates, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the process.
- • Help shape the culture of hiring at Lexroom by establishing best practices that reflect the company’s values of rigor, clarity, and impact.
- • Support the expansion of Lexroom’s talent acquisition efforts into new European markets, including Spain and Germany, as the company scales.
- • Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment outcomes and report on key metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the legal AI industry and the technical skills required for roles building Lexroom’s proprietary platform.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor regulations and company policies across Europe.
- • Represent Lexroom at recruitment events, tech communities, and professional networks to strengthen employer branding in the tech talent market.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting with a focus on tech and/or product roles
- • Proven ability to manage both inbound and proactive sourcing, primarily using LinkedIn
- • Demonstrated track record of running multiple open technical roles in parallel without sacrificing quality
- • Strong stakeholder management skills with technical hiring managers and candidates
- • Fluent in both English and Italian
