- • Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc. is seeking a Talent Administrator & Coordinator to support the recruitment team in Mexico Remote, playing an integral role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant talent acquisition processes that directly contribute to organizational growth and candidate experience.
- • The role is critical to maintaining operational excellence in recruitment logistics, enabling recruiters to focus on strategic hiring while ensuring all administrative and compliance aspects of the hiring lifecycle are meticulously managed.
- • Coordinates and schedules candidates for assessments, interviews, onsite visits, and other selection activities, ensuring timely communication and seamless logistics across time zones and stakeholders.
- • Owns pre-employment processing, including preparation of offer letters, initiation and tracking of background and reference checks, and verification of documentation to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
- • Maintains accurate and organized candidate files and documentation in applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- • Leads auxiliary job postings for internal recruitment needs and collaborates with recruiters to define requisition requirements, update job descriptions, and align on sourcing strategies.
- • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment activity reports, tracks candidate dispositions, and generates metrics on recruiter performance and pipeline health to inform decision-making.
- • Manages general office duties including responding to candidate and recruiter inquiries, filing, copying, data entry, calendar coordination, and meeting scheduling to support team efficiency.
- • Acts as a trusted point of contact for candidates and internal teams, delivering responsive, professional service that enhances employer brand and candidate satisfaction throughout the hiring journey.
- • Works closely with the recruiting team to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and recommends process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.

- • Shown customer service mentality with a "can do" attitude, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and a commitment to supporting both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- • 1-2 years of office administration experience, preferably in an HR, staffing, or recruitment coordination role, with familiarity in recruitment workflows.
- • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- • Deep understanding and dedication to confidentiality requirements, particularly regarding candidate data, offer details, and sensitive HR information.
- • Ability to analyze existing operating practices and recommend or implement revisions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in recruitment administration.
