📋 Description
- • The Talent Administrator & Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the recruitment team by managing administrative and coordination tasks essential to the full life cycle recruitment process, ensuring smooth operations and positive candidate experiences.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling candidate assessments, interviews, and onsite visits; preparing offer letters; facilitating background and reference checks; maintaining candidate files for compliance; generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on recruitment activity; tracking candidate dispositions in applicant tracking systems; and handling general office duties such as answering queries, filing, copying, and data entry.
