  • The Talent Administrator & Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment team by managing administrative and coordination tasks essential to the hiring process, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling candidate assessments and interviews, preparing offer letters, conducting background and reference checks, maintaining candidate files, generating recruitment reports, tracking applicant activity in ATS systems, and handling general office duties such as data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries.
  • Wilson Human Capital Group is a collaborative, dynamic, and forward-thinking organization focused on delivering talent solutions, where the recruitment team values efficiency, accuracy, and strong interpersonal support.
