📋 Description

• The Talent Attraction Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Wilson's recruitment and client delivery teams by identifying and presenting top-tier talent tailored to client needs across various roles and experience levels.
• Day to day, the specialist executes innovative sourcing strategies, conducts complex internet and social media searches, networks to build candidate pools, performs phone interviews assessing skills and cultural fit, maintains client and candidate relationships, manages applicant tracking system data, and contributes to special projects as assigned.
