  • The Talent Attraction Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Wilson Human Capital Group’s recruitment and client delivery teams by identifying and presenting top-tier talent tailored to diverse roles and experience levels.
  • Day to day, the specialist executes innovative sourcing strategies, conducts advanced internet and social media searches, builds candidate pools through networking and outreach, performs phone interviews to assess skills and cultural fit, maintains strong client and candidate relationships, manages applicant tracking system data, and contributes to special projects as needed.
