- • The Talent Attraction Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Wilson Human Capital Group’s recruitment and client delivery teams by identifying and presenting top-tier talent tailored to client needs across various roles and experience levels.
- • Day to day, the specialist executes innovative sourcing strategies, conducts complex internet and social media searches, networks to build candidate pools, performs phone interviews, assesses candidate fit, maintains client and candidate relationships, manages ATS data entry and reporting, and contributes to special projects as assigned.
- • Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc. is a recruitment-focused organization that values speed, precision, and relationship-driven talent acquisition, operating with a client-centric approach in a dynamic, metrics-oriented environment.
- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced sourcing expertise, strengthen stakeholder management skills, gain experience in full-cycle recruitment support, and contribute to high-impact hiring outcomes while working remotely from the Philippines.
