- • Own the full-cycle talent attraction process for high-growth clients across North America, LATAM and EMEA, partnering with recruiters to fill roles from entry-level to C-suite within aggressive time-to-hire targets.
- • Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards—leveraging Boolean logic, X-Ray searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, Twitter, Reddit, Slack communities, meet-ups, university pipelines and employee-referral campaigns to surface passive talent in niche markets.
- • Build and nurture evergreen talent pools of 500+ pre-qualified candidates per requisition family, tagging profiles in our ATS (Avature) with rich metadata so recruiters can instantly match silver-medalist candidates to new openings.
- • Conduct rigorous phone screens that assess both technical competency and culture add, documenting structured interview notes and competency scores to ensure a seamless hand-off to hiring managers and reduce interview-to-offer ratios by 25%.
- • Serve as the first brand ambassador for WilsonHCG and our clients, crafting personalized outreach messages that achieve 60%+ open rates and 20%+ response rates while championing diversity, equity and inclusion in every interaction.
- • Drive market-mapping projects to identify competitor org charts, compensation benchmarks and emerging skill trends, translating insights into actionable talent-intelligence reports that inform workforce planning and EVP refinement.
- • Maintain 99% data integrity in Avature and produce weekly funnel analytics (sourcing channel effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, diversity metrics) that empower leadership to make evidence-based decisions and optimize spend.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing to pilot employer-branding campaigns, including virtual tech talks, hackathons and alumni re-engagement events that elevate WilsonHCG’s reputation as a “fresh take on talent” partner.
- • Champion continuous improvement by A/B testing messaging templates, experimenting with AI sourcing tools and sharing best practices in our global Knowledge Center, raising the bar for the entire Talent Attraction community.
- • Participate in quarterly client QBRs, presenting sourcing achievements, pipeline health and strategic recommendations that strengthen multi-year RPO partnerships and contribute to WilsonHCG’s 96% client-retention rate.
