📋 Description
- • The Talent Attraction Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Wilson’s recruitment and client delivery teams by identifying and presenting top-tier talent tailored to client needs across various roles and experience levels.
- • Day to day, the specialist executes innovative sourcing strategies, conducts complex internet and social media searches, builds candidate pools through networking and direct outreach, performs phone interviews to assess skills and cultural fit, maintains strong client and candidate relationships, and manages administrative duties including ATS data entry and reporting.
- • Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc. is a recruitment-focused organization that values fast-paced, metrics-driven environments and emphasizes collaboration between recruiters, clients, and talent specialists to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced sourcing techniques, strengthen bilingual communication and stakeholder management skills, gain experience in full-cycle recruitment support, and contribute to special projects that enhance talent acquisition processes.
