- • As Talent Brand Manager at Kong Inc., you will own and execute the global Talent Brand strategy, shaping how candidates experience Kong’s culture across every touchpoint—from initial awareness to final hiring decisions—ensuring the company’s story resonates with engineers, account executives, and innovators worldwide.
- • You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and the People team to bring Kong’s employee story to life with consistency and credibility, aligning messaging across internal and external channels to reinforce a unified employer brand that reflects the company’s mission as the AI Connectivity Company.
- • You will design and run bold, data-driven recruitment marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified candidate conversion, leveraging digital media buys, social platforms, and targeted content to attract top talent in competitive markets.
- • You will own Kong’s employer brand presence across the careers site, social channels, job boards, and review platforms—including Glassdoor and LinkedIn—ensuring a clear, compelling, and inclusive voice that makes the digital footprint unforgettable and authentic.
- • You will use data and experimentation to continuously improve performance, leveraging analytics, UTMs, KPIs, and A/B testing to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI on employer branding initiatives.
- • You will champion inclusive storytelling that reflects the diversity of Kong’s teams and the culture being built, ensuring messaging authentically represents underrepresented groups and supports equity in talent attraction and retention.
- • You will stay ahead of employer brand trends by testing new platforms, formats, and creative ideas—such as short-form video, employee-generated content, or emerging social channels—to keep Kong competitive in a crowded global talent market.
- • You will thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills while adapting to shifting priorities in a high-growth, global organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer brand, or talent communications, preferably in high-growth or global environments
- • Proven experience running social media, digital media buys, and recruitment campaigns with measurable results in awareness, engagement, and conversion
- • Strong creative sensibility and brand storytelling ability, with a demonstrated eye for consistency, voice, and visual cohesion across channels
- • Comfort using data and analytics (GA, UTMs, KPIs) to track performance, inform strategy, and optimize employer branding initiatives
- • Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment
- • A global mindset and appreciation for cultural nuance across candidate markets
