📋 Description
- • As a Talent Coordinator at OLIX USA Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's aggressive growth trajectory by ensuring a world-class hiring experience for all candidates. In a period of unprecedented expansion, hiring is OLIX's number one priority, and your contribution will be instrumental in building the infrastructure necessary to recruit top-tier talent efficiently and effectively on a global scale.
- • You will be the linchpin of the recruitment process, working in close collaboration with hiring managers, the People and Operations teams, and directly with prospective employees. Your primary focus will be to provide a high-touch, personalized candidate experience, meticulously orchestrating a seamless end-to-end interview process that reflects OLIX's commitment to excellence and innovation.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with a Talent Partner based in Toronto and a broader global Talent team. Together, you will contribute to developing and refining recruitment operations, driving improvements in speed, quality, and scalability. Your insights and execution will directly impact OLIX's ability to attract and secure the best minds in the industry.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset, capable of navigating the complexities of scheduling interviews and coordinating travel, particularly within the fast-paced accelerator or deep tech sectors. A keen eye for detail, an inherent drive to excel, and exceptional communication skills are paramount for success in this dynamic environment.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of interview coordination. This includes orchestrating interview schedules at a rapid pace, managing calendars, sending confirmations, and handling all associated travel logistics. You will serve as the central communication hub, ensuring that candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers remain consistently informed and aligned throughout every stage of the hiring journey.
- • A crucial aspect of your role will involve actively welcoming and hosting candidates during their on-site interview days, creating a positive and memorable first impression of OLIX. You will be entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date. This meticulous record-keeping is vital for generating insightful weekly pipeline and progress reports that inform strategic recruitment decisions.
- • Beyond core coordination, you will be empowered to tackle ad-hoc initiatives aimed at elevating our recruiting operations and enhancing their overall impact. This includes proactively identifying opportunities, planning, and organizing impactful hiring events that showcase OLIX's unique value proposition and attract diverse talent pools.
- • Ensuring candidates receive prompt and accurate reimbursement for their interview travel expenses is a key operational task that demonstrates our respect for their time and effort. Furthermore, you may be called upon to provide onboarding support and ad hoc office management assistance, contributing to the smooth functioning of the People and Operations functions.
- • This role is based in our Austin office and requires a full-time, in-person commitment, five days a week, fostering a collaborative and engaged team environment. Your dedication to candidate experience and your ability to contribute to a scaling hiring culture that embodies OLIX's core values will be central to your success and the company's continued growth.
