• • As a Talent Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our high-volume, multi-market hiring operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our hiring processes are meticulously structured, consistently accurate, and move with exceptional speed. This role is deeply execution-heavy, demanding an unwavering commitment to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be an integral partner to recruiters and hiring managers across the globe, playing a crucial role in attracting and onboarding top talent.
• • Your day-to-day will involve a variety of critical tasks designed to keep our recruitment engine running smoothly. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews across numerous time zones, expertly managing complex calendars to ensure optimal scheduling for candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams. This requires a keen understanding of global time differences and a proactive approach to anticipating scheduling conflicts.
• • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be a core function. You will perform daily checks to ensure candidate stages are up-to-date, all necessary data is accurately recorded, and interview feedback is promptly submitted. Your diligence in this area directly impacts our ability to make timely and informed hiring decisions.
• • You will actively follow up with interviewers to guarantee the timely submission of their valuable feedback, ensuring that no candidate is left waiting unnecessarily and that our hiring managers have the comprehensive insights they need.
• • A significant part of your role will involve the preparation and coordination of offer letters and all essential pre-hire documentation for successful candidates. This requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience from the moment an offer is accepted.
• • You will also contribute to the strategic management of our recruitment pipeline by regularly reviewing job descriptions for clarity and accuracy, monitoring applicant volume across various roles, and analyzing funnel performance. Your ability to flag potential issues or bottlenecks early will be crucial in maintaining a healthy and efficient hiring flow.
