- • As the Talent Coordinator at HappyRobot AI Inc., you will serve as the operational backbone of the recruiting team, ensuring a seamless and world-class candidate experience from initial interview through Day 1 onboarding. This role is critical to maintaining hiring velocity and quality as the company scales rapidly, directly impacting the organization’s ability to attract and retain top talent in a competitive AI landscape.
- • You will own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones, manage candidate communications with timely and warm touchpoints, maintain and optimize the ATS for clean data and accurate reporting, coordinate hiring manager debriefs to ensure prompt feedback collection, support onboarding logistics in partnership with People Ops, identify bottlenecks in recruiting operations to propose process improvements, and assist with employer branding efforts including event coordination, swag management, and LinkedIn content support.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in recruiting operations, talent coordination, and employer branding within a fast-paced AI startup environment. You will gain hands-on experience optimizing hiring processes, leveraging data to improve candidate experience, and partnering cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and founders — positioning you for advancement into senior recruiting, people operations, or talent strategy roles as the company scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related administrative role
- • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools; experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms preferred
- • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional, and candidate-centric approach
- • Proactive problem-solver who identifies inefficiencies and proposes practical improvements
