  • • As the Talent Development & AI Enablement Lead at Rwazi Inc., you will be at the forefront of shaping our most valuable asset: our people. In an organization that is fundamentally AI-native, your role is pivotal in ensuring that every member of our global team not only grows in their capabilities but also significantly accelerates their productivity through the strategic integration of AI tooling, meticulously designed workflows, and robust skill development systems. You are the architect of our future-proof talent capacity, driving continuous improvement and empowering our workforce to achieve unprecedented levels of effectiveness and output.
  • • Your core mandate is to own the holistic growth of our workforce. This encompasses the strategic design and implementation of comprehensive career path frameworks that provide clear trajectories for professional advancement. You will build and nurture sophisticated leadership development systems, cultivating a strong pipeline of capable leaders across the organization. A critical aspect of your role involves deeply embedding AI tools into the daily routines and workflows of our employees, making AI a natural and intuitive extension of their work. Furthermore, you will be responsible for orchestrating training initiatives focused on productivity acceleration, equipping teams with the knowledge and skills to leverage AI effectively. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to significantly increase workforce leverage through the intelligent application of AI.
  • • Your responsibilities are multifaceted and impactful. You will take complete ownership of talent development initiatives. This includes defining clear and actionable career progression frameworks that illuminate the path forward for every employee. You will design and implement leadership capability tracks, ensuring that our leaders are equipped with the skills and mindset necessary to guide and inspire their teams in an AI-driven environment. Maintaining a dynamic and visible skills inventory will be crucial, allowing us to understand our collective strengths and identify areas for growth. You will also be instrumental in building structured learning pathways that cater to diverse needs and support continuous skill acquisition.
  • • In parallel, you will drive AI enablement and training across the company. This involves developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for teams on various AI tools and automation workflows, fostering a culture of adoption and proficiency. You will be responsible for building AI-first Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that integrate AI capabilities seamlessly across all functions, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. A key task will be to proactively identify repetitive and time-consuming tasks across the organization that are prime candidates for automation, thereby freeing up valuable human capital for more strategic endeavors. Your overarching goal in this area is to demonstrably increase output-per-employee through the strategic leverage of AI systems and tools.
  • • You will also be tasked with the critical function of workforce capability monitoring. This involves establishing and tracking key metrics related to skill progression, providing insights into individual and team development. You will proactively identify capability gaps early on, enabling timely intervention and targeted development efforts. Crucially, you will ensure that all talent development and AI enablement initiatives are tightly aligned with the overarching company strategy, ensuring that our workforce growth directly supports our business objectives and future ambitions.
  • • The impact of your strong performance in this role will be profound and far-reaching. You will foster faster skill compounding across the organization, creating a dynamic and adaptable workforce. Employees will experience higher output per person, directly contributing to increased productivity and business success. Manual workloads will be significantly reduced as AI takes over routine tasks, allowing employees to focus on more engaging and strategic work. You will cultivate a truly AI-native workforce culture, where innovation and technological adoption are embedded in our DNA. Furthermore, you will build a robust internal promotion pipeline, demonstrating our commitment to nurturing talent from within and providing clear career advancement opportunities.
  • • It is important to clarify what this role is not. This is not a role focused on generic training coordination or simply organizing one-off workshops. It is not a position detached from measurable business outcomes. Instead, this role is deeply integrated with driving tangible results and increasing organizational intelligence density through the strategic development of our people and the pervasive, effective application of AI.
