📋 Description
- • As a Talent Development Partner at Collectors Universe, Inc., you will drive the successful execution and expansion of Talent & Organizational Development programs by owning program operations, learning systems, and digital content creation to enhance talent development at scale.
- • You will manage end-to-end coordination of core manager development programs, serve as the functional SME for Workday Learning, coordinate talent processes like performance management, design e-learning content using tools such as Adobe Premiere and Articulate, maintain intranet resources, curate learning resources, and identify process improvements to support organizational growth.
- • You will join the Talent & Organizational Development team reporting to the Sr. Talent Development Manager, with hybrid work expected from the Santa Ana, CA office, and consideration for candidates near Jersey City, NJ or fully remote, with in-person collaboration valued for those within a 1-hour commute.
- • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in learning and development program management, Workday administration, e-learning design, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to support performance management, DEIB, and employee recognition initiatives as the company scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of experience in program coordination, learning and development, HR operations, or a related field
- • Experience with Workday Learning preferred (or comparable LMS experience), including content management, assignments, and reporting
- • Familiarity with e-learning and content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Articulate, or similar)
- • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- • Meticulously organized with strong attention to detail
