- • Lead and manage a high-performing team of 10+ multidisciplinary consultants embedded across a portfolio of Enterprise client accounts, ensuring consistent delivery excellence and on-target performance.
- • Own client success metrics including NPS, CSAT scores, and renewal rates, driving long-term client retention and account growth through strategic oversight and proactive relationship management.
- • Act as a strategic hiring advisor to C-suite and senior leadership at Enterprise clients, providing market intelligence, talent benchmarking, and actionable insights that shape hiring roadmaps and influence business outcomes.
- • Deliver high-impact client touchpoints including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), monthly insights reports, Talent Audits, market mapping exercises, and customized hiring workshops.
- • Build and maintain trusted relationships at all organizational levels—from hiring managers to executives—ensuring Talentful is viewed as a true extension of the client’s talent function.
- • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing client accounts, growing revenue through upsells, new service adoption, and contract renewals.
- • Collaborate closely with internal Sales and Marketing teams to align client delivery with go-to-market strategy, feedback loops, and brand positioning.
- • Represent Talentful’s consultative brand by leading external presentations, training sessions, and thought leadership engagements that showcase industry expertise and innovative talent practices.
- • Oversee the quality and consistency of all client deliverables, ensuring adherence to hiring goals, service standards, and client-specific processes across your portfolio.
- • Utilize data-driven metrics (NPS, CSAT, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates) to monitor team performance, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.
- • Serve as a credible subject matter expert on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and workforce planning, advising clients on emerging best practices and competitive hiring strategies.
- • Champion client happiness by anticipating challenges, resolving complex stakeholder dynamics, and proactively addressing concerns before they impact satisfaction or retention.
- • Ensure your team consistently delivers against commercial objectives, balancing operational execution with strategic advisory to maximize client value and partnership depth.
- • Contribute to Talentful’s growth by sharing insights from client engagements to inform internal product, process, and service enhancements.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business, culture, and talent needs to tailor recommendations and solutions that align with their unique growth trajectory.
- • Conduct and facilitate in-person and virtual Talent Audits to evaluate client talent infrastructure, identify gaps, and recommend scalable improvements.
- • Serve as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction and delivery outcomes across your assigned portfolio.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment between Talentful consultants, internal operations, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and communication.
- • Act as a brand ambassador for Talentful by embodying its consultative ethos, voice, and values in every client interaction and public-facing engagement.
