📋 Description
- • The Talent Management Lead defines, operationalizes, and evaluates enterprise talent solutions that support organizational strategy and workforce readiness at Humana Inc., a leading U.S. healthcare company.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading the design, implementation, and scaling of enterprise skill architectures, competency models, and workforce taxonomies; developing enterprise-level skill frameworks; translating complex work activities into structured skill definitions; evaluating skill models for consistency; partnering with HR and business leaders on job architecture and organization design; leading skill and framework design workshops; co-designing and validating skills and competency frameworks with partners; applying analytical reasoning to assess workforce trends and gaps; influencing senior leaders through data-driven insights; and advising executives on talent, workforce, and skill strategies with independent decision-making.
- • The role operates within a large, enterprise-scale environment and reports to the Associate VP, Talent Management, requiring navigation of complex landscapes and demonstrated expertise in skills architecture and talent frameworks.
- • In this role, the individual can develop deep expertise in enterprise talent strategy, influence organizational direction at the executive level, lead large-scale workforce transformation initiatives, and build a career in strategic talent management within a major healthcare organization.
