This role is instrumental in cultivating a culture of continuous growth and professional development, specifically within the Product & Engineering (P&E) domains. The PSO team acts as the strategic engine, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement to ensure the company's most critical objectives are met, enabling the delivery of best-in-class products.
- • As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of designing, delivering, and measuring impactful professional development programs. Your primary focus will be on empowering P&E teams to achieve their full potential, while simultaneously supporting vital business operations and crucial change management initiatives. - • A core responsibility involves the design and facilitation of innovative leadership and professional development programs. You will leverage diverse methodologies, including cutting-edge AI-powered tools and engaging digital learning solutions, to create learning experiences that are both effective and engaging. This includes developing content, structuring workshops, and ensuring programs are aligned with both individual career growth and organizational strategic goals.
- • You will play a key role in supporting the People Empowerment Program (PEP) specifically tailored for Product & Engineering. This support extends to the practical aspects of program execution, such as creating meeting and event invitations, designing and distributing surveys to gather feedback, crafting informative newsletters to keep stakeholders informed, and managing the collection, reporting, and analysis of program data. Your efforts will ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of these critical initiatives.
- • Operational excellence is paramount. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics of large-scale virtual and hybrid events, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement. This includes tracking and analyzing engagement metrics, and developing clear and consistent stakeholder communications to keep all parties informed and aligned. Your organizational prowess will be key to the success of these events.
- • A significant part of your role will involve overseeing and managing our Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, such as LinkedIn Learning, Google Cloud Skills Boost, and Workday. Your focus will be on ensuring high adoption rates among employees and maintaining the delivery of high-quality, relevant content. This includes curating resources, monitoring usage, and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- • Driving effectiveness through data is crucial. You will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all learning and development initiatives and leverage data analytics to rigorously measure program effectiveness. This involves creating and reviewing dashboards, performing data visualization, and translating complex data into actionable insights that inform continuous improvement strategies. Your analytical skills will directly contribute to optimizing our talent development investments.
- • Strategic collaboration is essential for success. You will partner closely with HR business partners and global business leaders to ensure that talent development strategies are tightly aligned with broader organizational goals and strategic priorities. This cross-functional collaboration will ensure that our learning initiatives are directly contributing to business outcomes and supporting the company's overall mission.
- • You will also be responsible for vendor management, building and nurturing strong relationships with external partners and training providers.
