📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Talent team by designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end hiring workflows to support ElevenLabs’ hyperscaling headcount goals.
• Become an expert in recruiting operations including interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and candidate experience, then lead improvements to elevate efficiency and quality.
• Design and launch strategic Talent projects using AI, workflow automations, and cutting-edge technology to enhance hiring speed and accuracy.
• Identify, evaluate, and integrate new Talent tools to continuously upgrade the company’s Talent tech ecosystem and ensure alignment with operational needs.
• Build and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports to surface hiring funnel bottlenecks, track KPIs, and uncover opportunities for process optimization.
• Implement and enforce best-in-class Talent processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that scale with organizational growth.
• Support the execution of ElevenLabs’ Data Strategy by ensuring all Talent decisions are grounded in accurate, actionable metrics and analytics.
• Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on effective recruitment practices, interview techniques, and talent assessment standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, engineering, and leadership teams to remove operational friction and ensure seamless hiring execution.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work in talent operations, leveraging technical skills to build or modify tools without heavy reliance on engineering.
• Maintain a high standard of operational excellence across all Talent activities, mirroring the quality of ElevenLabs’ AI products.
• Work autonomously in a high-velocity environment with minimal bureaucracy, prioritizing impact over job titles and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Contribute to global talent operations with a remote-first mindset, supporting hiring across all time zones and locations where ElevenLabs operates.
• Participate in annual company offsites and use the provided co-working stipend to maintain productivity and connection outside of major hubs.
• Leverage the annual discretionary learning stipend to pursue professional development in talent operations, data analysis, or automation technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working within or with Talent functions.
• Top-notch project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across teams with ease.
• Aptitude for quickly onboarding and mastering software in the Talent tech stack; past experience with data, building metrics dashboards, and working with Ashby is a plus.
• Technical ability to code or vibe-code solutions yourself.
• Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to build trust and collaborate with cross-functional leaders.
• A process-driven mindset with experience in creating, improving, or automating workflows.
