  • • As a Talent Operations Associate at Wayve Technologies Limited, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-quality hiring experience for candidates and colleagues, directly supporting the company’s rapid scaling in the Embodied AI and autonomous driving space.
  • • Day to day, you will coordinate complex, high-volume interview scheduling across multiple calendars, time zones, and stakeholders; act as the primary point of contact for candidate logistics with clear, timely communication; partner with recruiters and hiring teams to resolve scheduling challenges proactively; identify and implement improvements to coordination workflows, tools, and processes; and support ad hoc talent operations projects.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in talent operations within a scaling tech environment, refine your stakeholder management and process optimization skills, gain hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools (including Ashby ATS), and contribute to building inclusive, efficient hiring practices that support Wayve’s growth and mission.

  • • Exceptional English language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • • Experience in recruitment coordination or talent operations role
  • • Proven experience managing high-volume scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • • Strong organisation and attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities
  • • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment and adopting new tools and systems
  • • Willingness to be in the London office 2–3 days per week
