Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end talent technology stack, including vendor strategy, build-vs-buy decisions, and ensuring full potential of ATS, HRIS, and related tools through configuration and integration.
- • Design and drive org-wide hiring programmes and frameworks such as interview evaluation systems, headcount planning solutions, and multi-market hiring playbooks.
- • Lead and develop a team of Talent Operators and Coordinators by setting strategic direction, managing priorities, and fostering high-performance execution without sacrificing candidate experience or quality.
- • Own the talent data strategy by defining key metrics, building dashboards and reports, and ensuring the entire talent team operates from consistent, actionable data insights.
- • Act as the strategic interface between Talent and cross-functional partners including People, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to unblock hiring processes and align on operational priorities.
- • Identify and eliminate operational drag by creating durable SOPs, designing scalable processes, and deploying automation via n8n, AI tooling, and custom integrations to reduce manual work.
- • Own core functional processes including headcount planning, ensuring alignment with business growth targets and financial constraints.
- • Drive systemic, scalable solutions over one-off fixes, with a builder’s instinct to hands-on implement automation and tooling improvements.
- • Work directly with the Head of Talent and senior leadership to translate ambitious hiring goals into operational reality across all functions and global markets.
- • Maintain high standards of candidate experience and operational excellence aligned with ElevenLabs’ AI-first culture and quality benchmarks.
- • Collaborate across global teams to ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant hiring practices in all regions where ElevenLabs operates.
- • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance decision-making, reduce administrative burden, and improve speed and accuracy in talent operations.
- • Continuously optimize the talent ecosystem by evaluating emerging technologies, vendor capabilities, and process innovations to stay ahead of scaling demands.
- • Ensure all talent operations are data-driven, transparent, and aligned with company-wide goals of impact over titles and high-velocity execution.
- • Support global hiring initiatives by adapting frameworks to local labor markets while maintaining centralized standards and compliance.
- • Proactively anticipate operational bottlenecks and design preemptive solutions to sustain growth at scale without increasing overhead.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading talent operations or another operational function at a high-growth technology company, ideally through a period of significant scale.
- • Strong strategic thinking — ability to design programmes across multiple markets while executing tactical decisions on ATS configurations.
- • Deep experience owning or significantly influencing a recruiting tech stack, including ATS pipelines, HRIS integrations, and data flows.
- • Track record building and leading teams with clear direction, people development, and high standards without micromanaging.
- • Exceptional stakeholder management skills working with senior cross-functional leaders to move fast without leaving stakeholders behind.
- • A builder’s instinct — defaulting to systemic solutions and comfortable driving automation and tooling decisions hands-on.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Annual discretionary stipend for professional development.
- • Annual discretionary stipend for social travel to meet colleagues.
- • Annual company offsite in a new global location.
- • Monthly co-working stipend for employees not located near main hubs.
