📋 Description

• As a Talent Partner at hyperexponential Ltd, you will own end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles, partnering closely with leaders to drive talent strategy during a pivotal AI-driven transformation in a fast-growing insurtech scaling globally.
• You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding—while building AI-native workflows, designing sourcing strategies, and contributing to employer branding and market intelligence.
• You will join a lean, ambitious Talent team of six that operates at the frontier of AI-leveraged hiring, where generalists thrive by building custom tools, automations, and dashboards using Ashby, Metaview, SourceWhale, and agentic AI tools.
• You will develop expertise in AI-powered talent acquisition, gain exposure to senior leadership and global scaling challenges, and have the autonomy to innovate in hiring practices while working with a company trusted by nearly 60 of the world’s largest insurers and backed by top-tier VCs.

🎯 Requirements

• Owned and delivered end-to-end hiring across a broad range of roles at a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or AI company, including both technical and non-technical hires, with experience in specialist areas like actuarial talent being a plus.
• Successfully closed candidates with multiple competing offers, including from top-tier competitors or those with mismatched stated and actual motivations.
• Proven experience using Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms as a builder—designing custom dashboards, creating automations, and leveraging data to drive stakeholder conversations.
• Hands-on experience operating in an AI-leveraged talent function, including building AI-powered workflows, shipping automations, and forming informed opinions on modern talent practices.
• Demonstrated generalist mindset: comfortable tackling unfamiliar problems, learning quickly, and moving fluidly between technical and non-technical hiring domains.
