- • As a Talent Partner on a 6-month contract with potential for extension, you will play a pivotal role in advancing KOHO’s mission to financially empower Canadians by driving strategic hiring during a critical phase of growth and pursuit of a bank license.
- • You will own full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across tech, product, data, marketing, finance, and user success, ensuring alignment with KOHO’s values of clarity, ownership, and bold thinking while delivering exceptional candidate experiences that reflect the company’s mission-driven culture.
- • Reporting to the Manager, Talent (Marisa Davidson), you will partner closely with hiring leaders to shape talent strategies, build high-quality pipelines, and leverage AI-driven tools to improve hiring predictability and efficiency in a remote-first, high-trust environment.
- • You will contribute to KOHO’s next chapter as a leaner, smarter, more AI-integrated organization by bringing market insight, structured urgency, and a candidate-centric approach to every search, helping shape teams that drive real impact.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position while gaining deep experience in fintech talent acquisition, employer branding, and cross-functional People initiatives in a mission-aligned, performance-driven organization.
- • You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution—designing creative hiring approaches, sourcing and assessing talent, and contributing to connection moments and employer brand efforts as priorities evolve.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-moving tech or fintech environment
- • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, demonstrating clear communication, sound judgment, and strong ownership of hiring outcomes
- • Experience building and nurturing high-quality talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term growth goals
- • Proficiency with AI-driven recruiting tools and modern sourcing strategies to improve funnel health and hiring predictability
- • Highly organized and candidate-centric, with a track record of delivering smooth, high-quality hiring processes
- • Adaptable and team-oriented, open to contributing to broader People initiatives such as employer branding, connection moments, and cross-functional projects
