LatamCent is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Partner to join our dynamic, fully remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving our client's success by identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier technical professionals across Latin America with leading U.S.-based B2B tech companies. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions directly impact business growth and client satisfaction.
  • • As a Talent Partner at Latamcent, you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial client engagement to successful candidate placement. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and interviewing a high volume of candidates, aiming to conduct between 80 to 100 interviews per month. This demanding yet rewarding pace is designed to ensure a consistent flow of qualified talent, with the goal of filling 3 to 5 critical roles each month. You will collaborate closely with U.S.-based hiring managers and CTOs, gaining a deep understanding of their technical requirements, team dynamics, and company culture. Simultaneously, you will build strong relationships with candidates across Latin America, guiding them through the hiring process and advocating for their unique skills and potential.
  • • Success in this role is defined by your ability to consistently meet and exceed placement targets. We expect our Talent Partners to fill 2 to 5 positions monthly within their first three to six months. Beyond just filling roles, you will be responsible for cultivating a robust pipeline of Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs) – individuals who not only possess the required technical skills but also align with our clients' long-term vision and cultural values. This proactive approach to talent pipeline management is crucial for sustained success and client retention. You will be adept at juggling multiple client demands, candidate pipelines, and diverse time zones, all while maintaining an exceptional level of responsiveness and professionalism. Your ability to manage these complexities efficiently will be a hallmark of your performance.
  • • Key responsibilities will encompass a wide range of recruitment activities. You will meticulously source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and proactive outbound outreach, ensuring a broad and diverse talent pool. A significant part of your role will involve conducting thorough screening and in-depth interviews to assess technical proficiency, soft skills, and cultural fit. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, aligning with CTOs and hiring managers to gain a granular understanding of role requirements, discuss current market trends, and provide transparent updates on candidate progress. Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously across U.S. and LATAM time zones requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. Identifying and strategically marketing MPCs for emerging opportunities will be a key differentiator, ensuring our clients have access to the best available talent. Maintaining timely, professional, and transparent communication with both clients and candidates is paramount to building and sustaining strong relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
