- • Source and engage exceptional talent with a primary focus on GTM (Go-To-Market) roles, including commercial leaders, sales, marketing, and customer success professionals.
- • Own the end-to-end candidate experience—from initial outreach through offer negotiation—building trust, understanding motivations, and ensuring a high-signal, high-quality hiring process.
- • Evolve and refine Fractional AI’s existing recruiting system by incorporating data, AI, and experimentation to improve sourcing, evaluation, and closing strategies.
- • Collaborate across functions to support hiring needs beyond GTM as the company scales, contributing to a unified talent strategy.
- • Identify and attract founding-level commercial leaders and early-stage GTM team members in high-growth, venture-backed environments.
- • Leverage technical fluency to assess candidate fit against modern engineering stacks and applied AI team requirements, even when hiring non-engineering roles.
- • Operate with high ownership and a bias for leverage, identifying opportunities to scale impact through automation, tooling, and AI-driven recruitment workflows.
- • Uphold and reinforce company values by overdelivering on candidate quality, overusing AI in recruitment processes, and over-engineering the candidate experience to align with Fractional’s culture.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the applied AI landscape to effectively communicate the company’s mission and technical ambition to top-tier candidates.
- • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on evaluation criteria, and ensure timely, transparent communication throughout the hiring cycle.
- • Build and sustain relationships with passive candidates, talent communities, and professional networks to create a consistent pipeline of elite GTM talent.
- • Use metrics and experimentation to measure recruitment effectiveness and continuously optimize funnel conversion rates, time-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- • Represent Fractional AI at industry events, university partnerships, and talent forums to strengthen employer branding in the applied AI and tech innovation space.
- • Ensure all hiring practices reflect the company’s commitment to building a world-class team that learns and grows together in a frontier AI environment.
