- • Own and continuously improve Replit’s core talent programs including performance cycles, calibration processes, manager enablement, onboarding, and recurring People operating cadences.
- • Drive end-to-end program management for performance and talent cycles, managing timelines, milestones, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and operational follow-through across the organization.
- • Partner cross-functionally with People Business Partners (PBPs), Finance, Recruiting, and business leaders to align talent programs with company goals and ensure operational effectiveness.
- • Lead calibration operations company-wide, ensuring consistency, fairness, alignment, and high performance standards across all teams and levels.
- • Own and evolve the Manager Forum as a core company ritual, including roadmap development, agenda design, leadership enablement, and feedback loops into broader People strategy.
- • Build scalable manager enablement content such as performance review guides, calibration prep materials, compensation conversation talk tracks, onboarding resources, promotion and leveling documentation, and internal operating playbooks.
- • Design lightweight, high-impact frameworks, templates, and repeatable processes to improve consistency, execution, and manager effectiveness across the organization.
- • Manage onboarding program operations including cohort planning, scheduling, executive coordination, run-of-show management, and continuous iteration based on participant feedback.
- • Gather and analyze feedback from new hires, managers, and stakeholders to identify pain points and drive improvements in onboarding and talent program effectiveness.
- • Leverage AI and automation to enhance scalability, speed, quality, and consistency across People workflows, manager support, and operational processes.
- • Build or experiment with internal People tools, automations, agents, and AI-assisted workflows using Replit’s platform and other technologies to redefine how People teams operate.
- • Identify organizational and operational friction points within the People function and drive improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and execution quality.
- • Operate as a senior individual contributor with high ownership, balancing strategic program design with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, AI-native environment.
- • Maintain alignment between talent programs and company culture, ensuring all initiatives reinforce Replit’s mission of democratizing software development.
- • Use HRIS systems (Rippling, Workday), performance platforms (Lattice), and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom) to execute and track program outcomes.
- • Ensure all talent programs are designed for scalability and adaptability in a high-growth, ambiguous environment where processes are intentionally lightweight and iterative.
- • Push back, coach directly, and hold senior leaders accountable to maintain program integrity and drive cultural alignment.
- • Continuously refine programs based on data, feedback, and emerging AI capabilities, avoiding reliance on heavy documentation or rigid, legacy processes.
- • Serve as a bridge between People strategy and operational execution, translating leadership priorities into actionable, measurable programs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience across Talent Management, Talent Programs, HRBP, People Operations, Organizational Development, or related People functions
- • Experience running complex, cross-functional talent programs at scale
- • Strong operator mindset with exceptional program management skills
- • Proven ability to build content, frameworks, and scalable processes
- • Strong written communication and executive-facing communication skills
- • Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across senior stakeholders
