• • As a Talent Sourcer at Caylent, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the company’s rapid growth as a cloud-native services provider focused on AWS solutions. Your work directly impacts the organization’s ability to scale its team with skilled professionals who drive innovation in cloud engineering, DevOps, data, and security.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate with hiring managers, sales, and executive leadership to align sourcing strategies with business goals, design and execute targeted recruiting campaigns using Boolean search and tools like LinkedIn, manage the Greenhouse ATS and third-party sourcing platforms, screen resumes, maintain candidate data, coordinate hiring workflows, and partner with recruiters to improve pipeline quality and support offer closure and onboarding.
