• • As a Talent Sourcer at Caylent, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the company’s rapid growth as a cloud-native services provider focused on AWS solutions. Your work directly impacts the organization’s ability to scale its team with skilled professionals who drive innovation in cloud engineering, DevOps, data, and security.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate with hiring managers, sales, and executive leadership to align sourcing strategies with business needs, design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns using Boolean search and tools like LinkedIn, manage candidate data in Greenhouse ATS, screen resumes, build and maintain talent pipelines, and partner closely with Talent Recruiters to ensure a smooth handoff and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
