• The Global Sourcing Team is seeking an exceptional Talent Sourcer to contribute to Kraken's mission. • This is an opportunity to make a significant impact. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to conceptualize and implement highly effective hiring strategies. This involves deeply understanding the unique needs of each role and translating them into targeted sourcing plans.
• A key aspect of this role is the ability to gather, organize, and communicate competitive market intelligence. You will identify where target talent resides, analyze industry trends, and provide actionable insights to inform our hiring strategies. This proactive approach ensures we are always ahead of the curve in attracting top talent.
• You will collaborate extensively with the broader sourcing team, sharing and leveraging best practices across a wide array of research techniques. This includes mastering boolean and X-ray searches, utilizing various sourcing tools, and building robust professional networks to uncover hidden talent pools.
• Independently develop and maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates across a diverse range of disciplines. Your approach will be data-driven, using metrics to inform decision-making and continuously improve our sourcing processes. This ensures efficiency and effectiveness in our talent acquisition efforts.
• Source candidates through a comprehensive suite of resources, including social media platforms, our internal candidate database, niche job boards, professional networking events, and extensive internet searches. Your creativity and resourcefulness will be paramount in reaching passive and active candidates alike.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Kraken, embodying our values and driving brand awareness within the talent market. You will articulate Kraken's mission, culture, and unique value proposition to potential candidates, inspiring them to join our journey.
• Participate in strategic research projects and other critical initiatives aimed at enhancing our hiring infrastructure. This includes exploring new sourcing channels, evaluating new technologies, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition ecosystem.

• Exceptional track record sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing, high-bar technology product businesses against ruthless competition.
• High craft in sourcing, with demonstrated expertise in boolean and X-ray search techniques, and the ability to translate hiring needs into accurate sourcing strategies.
• High motor and scrappiness; a proactive approach that views challenges as opportunities.
• Strong product sense and a sound appreciation for the fundamentals of talent acquisition, coupled with creativity and inquisitiveness in exploring modern tactics.
